Prior to this, Martin held the position of CEO and President at Monarch Roofing from March 2007 to July 2024. Martin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Saint Francis University in Pennsylvania, earned between 2000 and 2005.
