Laura Padilla

Laura Padilla currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances at Freshworks since July 2024. Prior to this role, Laura was a Partner and Head of Business Development at Sapphire Ventures from November 2022 to July 2024, and briefly held the position of VP of GreenLake Marketplace and ISVs at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2023. Laura's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Airtable, Zoom Video Communications, Nutanix, Box, Riverbed Technology, and SANRAD, where Laura drove partner ecosystems, channel programs, and business development strategies across various industries. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from Santa Clara University.
