Merav Shemesh

Merav is a Director of Finance at Vertex Ventures. She has over 21 years of experience in global finance, accounting, taxation and operations. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of the Fund’s financials including cash flow, equity evaluation, financial reporting, Capita accounts, tax issues and investor relations.

Merav Joined Vertex in 2004. Prior to joining Vertex, Merav was Financial Controller at Bristol Myers Squibb Israel (Subsidiary of NYSE:BMY)) and Tundo Communication and Telephony Ltd.

Merav holds M.B.A. from the College of Management Academic Studies, B.A in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.
