Cynthia Bailey is a seasoned instructional designer with over two decades of experience in developing training materials and managing product documentation. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Vertex Inc. since March 2001, Cynthia specializes in creating training programs for Vertex Indirect Tax products, adhering to instructional design principles and NASBA standards. Prior roles include Information Developer at Vertex, where Cynthia maintained documentation for various software products, Tax Preparer at H&R Block, and Writer at FNX Limited, focusing on financial software documentation. Additional experience includes administrative and sales support roles at Tucker Anthony, Inc., Dean Witter Reynolds, and Drexel Burnham Lambert, all featuring bilingual liaison responsibilities, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in French from Millersville University.
