Meredith Allain

Meredith Allain is the Senior Director of Global Tax at Vertex Inc., a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they served as Head of Tax at MISTRAS Group, Inc. from 2019 to 2021 and as US Tax Director at Computershare from 2007 to 2019. Meredith was also a Senior Tax Manager at Grant Thornton between 1998 and 2007. They earned a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University in 2002 and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
