Kenneth Salonius

Kenneth Salonius is the CEO and founder of Vertical, which focuses on helping corporations navigate disruptive market changes with an emphasis on customer- and user-centric development. Salonius also serves as an advisor to the Board of Directors at Healthtech Finland, where leadership was provided in the successful merger of Upgraded ry and Healthtech Finland in 2022. Previous roles include Chairman of the Board and co-founder of Upgraded - Health Startup Association of Finland, founder of Framgo Ltd, and various positions at S-ryhmä/S Group. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategic Entrepreneurship from Hanken School of Economics and a Bachelor's in Operations Management from Brock University. Salonius has a strong background in consulting, business development, and ecosystem building in the health technology sector.
