Ken McGinley has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles focused on customer success, sales, and user engagement. Ken currently serves as the VP of Customer at Vertical Insure, Inc. Since joining in August 2022. Previously, Ken held a role as the VP of Sales & Customer Success at Kaleidoscope from April 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, they spent several years at SportsEngine, starting as the National Sales Director in July 2007 and working their way up to VP of Customer Success, leading a team to maximize customer experiences and revenue growth. Ken has a strong track record in promoting user engagement and reducing churn.
Ken McGinley attended the University of St. Thomas from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication.
