Joseph Russell

Joseph Russell has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Owner of Land Management Services of Texas since December 2019 and as iTech III at Vertical Limit since October 2018. Previous roles include Construction Manager and QA Engineer at Ericsson, along with positions as Regional Manager for Texas at BlueStream Professional Services and Senior Project Manager at Goodman Networks. Joseph Russell also held the position of Operations Manager at Tempest Telecom Solutions and Field Engineer/Partner at LMS-Texas Inc. Early career experience includes engineering roles at Energy Products and Services and AT&T/Cingular Wireless. Education was pursued at Texas A&M University from 1993 to 1994.
