Danielle Harder is an experienced professional in people operations with a strong background in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as the Head of People Operations at VerticalScope Inc. since July 2024, Danielle also holds a membership with The People Group. Prior to this, Danielle was with Chord as the Head of People and Director of People Operations from September 2021 to July 2024. Danielle’s earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Yellow Pencil from January 2012 to August 2021, where roles included VP Operations, Director of Team, and HR Generalist. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Human Resource Certification Program, both obtained from Grant Macewan University.
