Andrew Terhaar, CPA, currently serves as Tax Manager at Vertiv, having transitioned from Senior Tax Analyst within the same organization since December 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Tax Associate at PwC from January 2018 to December 2020, specializing in federal corporate tax preparation and compliance for Fortune 500 clients, ASC 740 income tax provision preparation, and tax consulting and planning. Andrew's career also includes a summer internship at PwC in the Tax Core group and a position as Loan Coordinator at Achieve SBA, coordinating SBA loans and handling loan audit projects. Andrew holds a Master’s degree and a B.S. in Accounting from Miami University.
