Felix Bailer

Felix Bailer has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries and countries. Felix is currently the VP of Global Business Services at Vertiv, a company that provides power, cooling, and IT infrastructure solutions. Prior to this, Felix worked at Genpact, where they held various roles, including Vice President Shared Services and AVP, focusing on disruptive operations and service delivery. Felix also served as a Senior Manager, PMO & Change Manager, and S2P Transformation SME at Genpact, where they led various initiatives to improve operational efficiency and drive transformation. Before their time at Genpact, Felix held positions at RTC Proffice, Empire Granite Countertops, Oliver Imports & Exports, and Riomar Comercio de Bebidas, gaining experience in stock control management, purchasing, international sales, and marketing. Overall, Felix Bailer has a strong background in operations, transformation, and leadership roles.

Felix Bailer completed their BBA in Economics from the University of North Texas in 2007. Felix then pursued an MBA in Strategic Management from the same university, which they completed in 2008.
