Gregg Duly

Gregg Duly, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources & Talent Management at Vertiv, where responsibilities include leading HR initiatives for the company's transition to a standalone and publicly traded business, while managing payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, recruiting, and retention. Previously, Duly spent nearly two decades at Emerson Network Power, holding multiple director-level positions, including acting as a Business Partner to the Executive Leadership team for over 2500 employees, overseeing HR services for manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Mexico, and providing strategic HR direction for international Mergers and Acquisitions. Duly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
