Hemant Rathod

Hemant Rathod, PMP®, serves as the Senior Director of R&D and Engineering for Liquid Cooling and Thermal Management at Vertiv, a role held since June 2005. Prior to this, Hemant worked as Deputy Manager for R&D and QA at Haikawa Air Conditioner in Sri Lanka and held the position of Senior Engineer in R&D at Voltas Limited. Hemant's educational background includes a Senior Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Master's Degree in Design Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, further leadership studies at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a PGDIB in International Business from Welingkar Institute of Management, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
