Janice Aurand

Janice Aurand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and education. Currently serving as the Chief Talent Officer at Vertiv, Janice has held various leadership roles, including S/VP of HR Integration and VP of HR for Area International at Ferrero. Prior experience includes significant positions at GE, where Janice acted as Executive HR for Global Supply Chain and North America Region, and held roles focused on organization and talent development across different regions. Janice's career began in education, serving as a String Music Educator in both elementary and middle schools within Madison Metropolitan School District and Fayette County Public Schools in Kentucky. Educational credentials include a BS in Music Education from Asbury University and an MA in Education from Georgetown College.
