JM Custodio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They started their career in 2005 with TeleDevelopment Services, Inc., where they served as a Senior Human Resource Outsourcing Officer and later as a Junior HR Officer and Human Resource Outsourcing Specialist. In 2007, they joined TeleDevelopment Services Inc as a Human Resource Outsourcing Officer.

In 2012, they joined SM Lifestyle Entertainment, Inc. as a Recruitment Manager for the National Capital Region. They then moved to Alexander Mann Solutions in 2013 as a Recruitment Manager, responsible for implementing talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.

In 2014, JM Custodio joined City of Dreams Manila as a Manager, Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruitment across 16 company divisions and acting as the main point person for international employee transfers.

In 2018, they shifted to JLL, taking on the roles of APAC Talent Acquisition Operations - Programs & Implementation Lead and later as Head of Talent Acquisition for the Philippines and Malaysia.

Currently, JM Custodio works at Vertiv as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Asia, responsible for leading talent acquisition initiatives for the company.
