Matt Gibson

Matt Gibson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Sr HR Director for Global Corporate Functions at Vertiv, a position held since May 2014. In this role, Matt manages HR strategy and operations across various departments, including Finance, IT, and Marketing. Prior to this, Matt advanced from HR Director to Senior HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Vertiv, where talents were developed and critical staffing needs were addressed.
