Melissa Lehman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Melissa began their career in 1998 working as a Gallery Attendant and Publicity Crew Member at Muskingum College, where they developed layouts for press releases and programs. In 2005, they joined Emerson Network Power, Liebert Services as an Associate Customer Relationship Manager, managing key accounts and providing support to the relationship manager. Melissa was later promoted to Senior Customer Relationship Administrator, where they facilitated the resolution of account-related concerns for clients such as Boeing and Level 3. In 2014, Melissa moved to Vertiv as a Key Account Manager- Operations/Customer Success Manager, overseeing a $4M portfolio of key accounts and coordinating service calls. Melissa also served as a Customer Success Manager, Team Lead, managing a team of five and implementing process improvements. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Contract Copywriter for Startups.co, writing profiles and pitches for startups seeking funding.

Melissa Lehman has a B.A. degree in English and Art from Muskingum University. Prior to that, they attended River High School.
