Nishi Kulshreshtha Chaturvedi

Nishi Kulshreshtha Chaturvedi's work experience begins in 1997 with PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd. where they served as a Senior Executive in Human Resources. Nishi Kulshreshtha later transitioned to the Rewards COE role and was part of the project team that delivered on digital and cultural transformation.

In 2004, they joined Baxter India Pvt. Ltd. as a Team Leader in Human Resources, where they were responsible for transformation and engagement. During their time there, they led the Shared Services transformation across India South Asia and designed and delivered HR process and system workflows.

From 2007 to 2009, Nishi worked at Cairn Energy India Pty. Ltd. as the Manager of Human Resources Rewards. In this role, they led the Rewards COE and worked on global benchmarking and assessments for the oil and gas industry. Nishi Kulshreshtha also created rewards and recognition policies and renewed stock options and stock purchase plans.

Next, they worked at Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd. from 2009 to 2012 as a General Manager of Human Resources.

Nishi's next position was at The Coca-Cola Company, where they held multiple roles starting in 2012. Nishi Kulshreshtha'sresponsibilities included serving as the National Head of Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, DEI & RPSI HR BIG HCCB. In this role, they provided strategic thought leadership, executed people strategies, and led initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Nishi Kulshreshtha also served as the Director of Human & Workplace Rights for the INSWA, MENA & Turkey & Caucasian Nations, where they focused on thought leadership, external partnerships, and compliance initiatives.

Currently, Nishi works at Vertiv as the Vice President of Human Resources for Asia India & ANZ, a position they have held since 2023.

Nishi Kulshreshtha Chaturvedi completed their MBA in Human Resources from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University from 1992 to 1995. Currently, they are pursuing an Advanced Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Nishi Kulshreshtha also holds a certification in Hogan Advance from Hogan Assessment Systems.
