Devan Ricard

Devan Ricard has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Devan started their career as a Resident Assistant at California State University, Long Beach in 2012 and worked in this role until 2014. In 2014, they also worked as a Fellow for the Patrick O'Donnell For State Assembly Campaign for a brief period of time. From 2014 to 2016, Devan worked as a Shift Manager at Corner Bakery Cafe and later as a Catering Specialist at Champagne French Bakery.

In 2016, Devan joined ServiceMaster Restore as an HR Generalist, where they worked until 2020. During their time there, they gained experience in various HR functions. In 2018, they joined The Pointe Conference Center as a Pointe Attendant, a role they held until 2014.

Devan also focused on standardizing processes, finding automated solutions, and implementing updates in Workday modules. Devan was responsible for data analytics and provided business insights and trend analysis. Devan also worked on increasing data accuracy and improving efficiency in HR operations.

Currently, Devan is working at Vertos Medical as a Human Resources Generalist, starting in 2023.

Devan Ricard obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Louisville, attending from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, Devan attended California State University, Long Beach from 2011 to 2015, although it is not specified whether a degree or field of study was pursued during that time.
