Pauline is an experienced Human Resources professional who was the Global People and Organisation Director of Specsavers and whose previous roles include Global Leadership and People Capability Director for Vodafone and Human Resources Director of Talkland. Pauline’s human resources and people experience is invaluable as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and she also brings that perspective to the Board.
