Kelly Lyons

Kelly Lyons is the Director at VertueLab, a position they have held since May of 2022. Prior to their current role, Kelly was with Climb Smart Strategies from August of 2019 to May of 2021. There, they served as the AVP, ESG Strategy & Programs Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leading strategic facilitation, catalytic performance projects and ESG reporting for the company's Environmental, Social, Governance Program.

Kelly has also worked with Umpqua Bank, where they served as the AVP, ESG Strategy & Programs Manager from August of 2019 to May of 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading strategic facilitation, catalytic performance projects and ESG reporting for the company's Environmental, Social, Governance Program. Kelly was also responsible for definition, prioritization & implementation of material ESG performance initiatives.

Kelly has a proven track record in leading and developing successful programs and teams. Kelly is an expert in corporate policy research, drafting and stakeholder socialization. Kelly is also a skilled facilitator and manager of cross-functional workstreams. Kelly is a critical contributor for the ESG report narrative development and translation to post-publish activation materials.
