Jessica Monahan, CIC

Jessica Monahan has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Jessica is currently the President of Insure-Training, a role they started in June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Veruna, Inc. as a Senior Accounting Specialist & Trainer starting in July 2019. Jessica also served as the Client Services & Success Leader at Semsee - an InsureTech Company from September 2018 to July 2019.

From July 2016 to October 2018, they worked at AssuredPartners Northeast, LLC as the Northeast Region Automation Systems Trainer & AMS360 Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for training and managing the automation systems and database conversions for over 250 users.

Before that, Jessica was an Account Manager & Consultant at Angela Adams Consulting Services from May 2015 to July 2016. Jessica also owned their own company, insure-training, from January 1995 to May 2015, where they provided AFW & AMS360 training for insurance agents and brokers and offered support for insurance accounting projects.

Throughout their career, Jessica has held various accounting roles, including being a Controller at Industrial Coverage Corp. (United Nations FCU owned company) from February 2014 to March 2015 and at The Mogil Organization from January 2008 to April 2012. Jessica also worked as a Certified AMS360 & AFW Systems Trainer at Vertafore from January 1995 to December 2008, where they facilitated the implementation and migration of database systems for insurance agencies.

Jessica Monahan, CIC attended Allegheny College but it is unknown when they started or completed their education there. Jessica has obtained a Trainer Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in July 2016. Additionally, Jessica Monahan obtained their Certified Insurance Counselor Designation in January 1990, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
