Nick Housewright, MBA, CLFP, currently serves as the Acquisition Funding Team Manager at Verus Mortgage Capital since March 2021, previously holding the role of Funding and Purchase Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as a Leasing Specialist 4 at CoBank from September 2014 to March 2021, where responsibilities encompassed contract auditing, funds disbursement, quality assurance implementation, and financial reporting. Before CoBank, Nick worked as an Advisor at TADS Technology Group, auditing financial documents for financial aid applications. Earlier in the career, Nick was an Undergraduate Administrative Assistant at the Institute for Advanced Study at the University of Minnesota, overseeing filming of events and managing video content for the institute's website. Nick holds an MBA from Hamline University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, along with minors in Film/Cinema/Video Studies and Chinese Language and Literature from the University of Minnesota.
