Aaron McCallister began their work experience in 2015 as a Technician at Jiffy Lube International. In 2017, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Array Technologies, Inc., where they collaborated with engineers to design a solar module cleaning robot and conducted tests to assess performance. Aaron also demonstrated self-management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment. In 2018 and 2019, Aaron continued their internship at Array Technologies, Inc. and Verus® Research, gaining experience in mechanical engineering. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Verus® Research, and in 2021, they became the Lead Mechanical Engineer at Bright - Lights for Life. In 2022, Aaron joined Verus® Research as a Mechanical Engineer.
Aaron McCallister attended Bosque School from 2009 to 2016, where they completed their middle and high school education. Aaron then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2016 to 2020.
