Randy Buness

Randy Buness has a strong and diverse work experience history. Randy is currently serving as the CFO for Verve Medical, Inc., an early-stage medical device company focused on developing renal denervation devices. Prior to this, they worked as the CFO for VisionGate, Inc., a clinical stage oncology pharmaceutical and diagnostics company. Randy also served as the Interim CFO for ZIVELO, a public computing technology company, and Cayenne Medical, a medical device company focused on sports medicine. Randy was the CFO for RouteCloud, a mobile phone application provider, and Vcommerce, an eCommerce solutions provider. Randy also worked as the CFO for International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE), a privately-held travel and leisure industry leader. Before that, they co-founded and served as the CFO for Primarion, a semiconductor design and manufacturing company. Randy also worked as the CFO for Cerprobe Corporation, a semiconductor test products company, and Three Five Systems, an LCD display manufacturing company. Throughout their career, Randy has contributed to multiple acquisitions, including those involving Google, Infineon Technologies, Kulicke & Soffa, and Flextronics International.

Randy Buness received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Accounting & Tax from Seattle University. Randy also pursued further education and completed an MBA in International Finance & Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management.
