Casey Hannigan

Casey is a senior research associate, biological mass spectrometry at Verve. Prior to joining Verve, Casey worked as a bioanalytical research associate at Synlogic, focusing on quantitative method development for small molecules utilizing LCMS. She has also worked as a QC Co-Op at Wave Life Sciences, routinely performing characterization assays for drug substances, products, raw material, and stability samples. She received her Bachelor of Science in chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she joined a biological mass spectrometry research group and participated in projects ranging from quantitative method development to glycan mapping the receptor binding domain of the SARS CoV-2 spike protein.
