Yasser El-Gamal

Yasser El-Gamal (“Yas”) is Vice President of Legal Affairs and Chief Intellectual Property Counsel of Verve Therapeutics. Yas comes to Verve with over 25 years of experience in advising technology companies on a broad spectrum of business and legal matters. He has law, engineering, and biotechnology degrees, is admitted to practice in numerous federal and state courts and administrative agencies and is a registered patent attorney. Prior to joining Verve, Yas was a member of top-rated national and international law firms, where he served in various capacities, including as office Partner-in-Charge and Chair and Co-chair of several practices.
