Cindy Agnew is an experienced HR professional specializing in talent acquisition and recruitment management. Previously, Cindy held the position of Recruitment Operations Manager at Ducatus Partners, where support was provided for the largest global client of the company. As the founder of Balance Resource Partners, unique recruitment campaigns were designed to meet specific client hiring needs.
