Kristin Steede

Kristin Steede is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry, focusing on learning and development, sales strategies, and business development within credit unions. Currently serving as AVP of Learning + Development at Verve since January 2017, Kristin leads a talented team in creating impactful training programs for cultural and tactical growth. Previously, Kristin held the position of Performance Consultant - Business Development Manager at the Credit Union National Association, fostering a sales and service culture among credit union executives. Kristin's experience also includes the role of AVP of Sales Strategies at Fox Communities Credit Union, where responsibilities included enhancing sales performance and training. Additionally, Kristin has experience as a Partner at Community Choice Mortgage Group and served as VP of Loan Operations in the mortgage industry from 1999 to 2008. Kristin is an alumnus of Fox Valley Technical College.
