Pamela Rathjen

Pamela Rathjen has over 25 years of work experience. Pamela started their career at Consolidated Communications, Inc. as a Project Trainer, Continuous Quality Improvement from September 1992 to October 1993. Pamela then worked at Bank One Corporation, NA as a Human Resources Director from April 1994 to September 1998. Following that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Intira Corporation (formerly Digital Broadcast Network - DBN) from September 1998 to June 2001. From November 2001 to March 2003, they worked at RehabCare Group in the Human Resources department. Pamela then worked at Medical Staffing Network Healthcare, LLC for many years in various roles including Project Manager - Legal Division, Operations Manager - Corporate Division, and Operations Manager - Government Division from March 2003 to March 2014. After that, they joined Blue Door Consulting, LLC as the Business Operations/Office Manager from March 2014 to June 2015. Pamela then worked as an Independent Contractor at Business Lending Group, LLC from September 2015 to December 2016. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at Verve, a Credit Union since January 2017.
