Rema Momberg, SHRM-SCP, LDSS has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles in the human resources field.

From 1997 to 2008, Rema worked at M&I Institutional Trust Services as a Participant Recordkeeping Associate.

In 2008, Rema joined Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan as a Recruiter, and later transitioned to the role of Human Capital Generalist, where they worked until 2013.

From 2013 to 2014, Rema served as a Human Resources Manager at Ministry Health Care.

From 2014 to 2019, Rema joined Network Health WI, initially as the Director of Human Resources, and then as the Vice President Human Resources. During this time, they played a crucial role in defining and developing the culture of the organization while facilitating employee-oriented company culture. They also provided strategic employee experience leadership, advised senior-level executives on complex HR issues, and ensured that HR initiatives aligned with business strategies.

In 2020, Rema joined TotalMed, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources. They were responsible for implementing HR strategies, leading and developing the HR team, and ensuring that HR programs and systems were aligned with business objectives. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of Senior Director Human Resources, where they continued to oversee HR initiatives and programs.

Currently, Rema works at Verve, a Credit Union, as the Vice President Human Resources, a position they have held since 2022.

Rema Momberg, SHRM-SCP, LDSS attended Marian University of Fond du Lac and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General in 2008. In 2015, they earned the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM Certification. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained the Leadership Development & Succession Strategist certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
