Sarah (Nowak) Nachman

Sarah (Nowak) Nachman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. Sarah began their career at Associated Bank in 2004, where they served as a Customer Care Representative until 2007. In 2007, Sarah joined Verve, a Credit Union, and held various roles throughout their tenure. Sarah started as a Financial Sales Associate and then became a Financial Sales Associate/Department Trainer. From there, they transitioned to the role of Talent Development & Communications Specialist and later served as a Knowledge Management Specialist. In 2018, Sarah became a Learning + Development Designer, responsible for designing and implementing educational programs within the company. Sarah then took on the role of Team Member Wellbeing, focusing on employee wellness initiatives. Currently, Sarah holds the position of Leadership Development + Engagement Specialist at Verve, a Credit Union, where they are involved in developing and engaging organizational leaders.

Sarah Nowak Nachman has a strong educational background in psychology and organizational psychology and development. Sarah obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Science degree in Organizational Psychology and Development from Walden University from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their academic degrees, Sarah also holds two additional certifications. Sarah became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach in January 2021 through Gallup.
