Nishant Gajera

Nishant Gajera has a diverse work experience in the telecom industry. Nishant started their career in 2010 as an O&M Engineer at Alcatel Lucent Managed Services, where they were responsible for preventive maintenance, operations, and troubleshooting of Huawei BTS. Nishant also performed installation and commissioning of cards and equipment used in BTS.

In 2012, Nishant joined Idea Cellular Ltd as an RF Engineer. Nishant analyzed KPI on a daily basis and made necessary soft and hard changes for KPI improvement.

In 2015, they moved on to work as an RF Optimization Engineer at Samsung Electronics. Nishant conducted cluster drive analysis and planning and provided alarm rectification and integration support to vendors.

From 2016 to the present, Nishant has been working at Verveba Telecom. Nishant started as a Senior RF Engineer and was later promoted to RAN Team Lead and Technical Manager. In these roles, they managed a team of RF engineers who supported US deliverables, particularly in LTE and 5GNR optimization. Nishant also conducted tuning and pre-launch optimization of LTE radio access for AT&T network, performed test data analysis, troubleshooting, and post-processing using Actix Analyzer Tool. Additionally, they conducted venue testing and periodically monitored coverage and quality performance.

Nishant Gajera pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gujarat University. Nishant attended this institution from 2006 to 2009.
