Jonathan Will

Jonathan Will has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jonathan is currently working as a Cloud Engineer at Ververica, the original creators of Apache Flink® since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Deloitte from January 2019 to November 2022, where they held the role of Product Senior, contributing as a Backend Engineer/DevOps in the AI PaaS API marketplace. Jonathan also worked as a Solution Engineer at Deloitte Analytics Institute/Innovation Delivery Center from January 2019 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked as a Software Developer at Topalsson GmbH from May 2014 to February 2018, and at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology IPK from December 2013 to March 2014. Jonathan gained valuable experience as a Student Assistant at the Chair of Mathematics in TU Berlin from November 2010 to August 2012, and at the Chair of Network Architectures and Services in TU München from March 2009 to October 2009.

Jonathan Will completed their education chronologically starting with a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics from the Technical University of Munich, which took place between 2005 and 2009. Jonathan then pursued a Master of Science in Scientific Computing at the Technische Universität Berlin from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Jonathan also obtained a certification as a Professional Cloud Architect from Google Cloud in March 2021.
