Raymond Houtman

Raymond Houtman has extensive experience in payroll and HR support, currently serving as Teamlead Payroll & HR Support at Verwater Group B.V. since August 2019, after a brief stint as Payroll Manager at Schenk Tanktransport in July 2019. Prior to this, Raymond was with VERWATER from October 2012 to June 2019 as a Senior Salarisadministrateur, responsible for payroll administration across multiple subsidiaries with varying collective labor agreements. Raymond also held positions at PBO-Dienstverlening as Teamleider Salarisadministratie and as a Salarisadministrateur at NieboerGemako and Kamerbeek. Additional experience includes roles at BenTon Assurantiën and Nationale-Nederlanden. Educational qualifications include Compensation & Benefits Consultant, PDL, an MBA, and MEAO, complemented by a HAVO diploma.
