Raj Balaebail

Raj Balaebail has a strong background in quality engineering and engineering management. From 2010 to 2020, they worked at Wolfram Research, initially as a Quality Assurance Engineer and later as the Manager of Quality Assurance. In these roles, they led teams responsible for ensuring the quality of desktop releases and coordinating the delivery of builds for various partners. In 2020, Raj joined Amount as the Head of Quality Engineering, where they successfully built a high performance and inclusive engineering culture. Raj also implemented quality gates throughout the pipeline to prevent service incidents. Currently, Raj is the Director of Engineering Enablement at VGS (Very Good Security), where they lead program management, quality engineering, and other productivity initiatives.

Raj Balaebail completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Osmania University between 2004 and 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University, which they completed between 2008 and 2010.
