Erik Manley is the COO of Very Good Ventures. Erik was previously the Vice President and Managing Director of New York for frog, a global design and strategy consultancy. At frog, Erik was responsible for running the P&L with 130+ staff in the New York office. Erik also led a multidisciplinary management team with ultimate responsibility and decision-making authority for operations, finances, hiring and health of the office culture.

Erik has also served as the Executive Director of Program Management for frog’s New York studio, responsible for delivery of multidisciplinary programs including interface design, digital and physical product development and user experience strategy. As studio leader, Erik managed business goals with direct responsibility for operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Erik began their career at frog as a Program Manager / Account Lead in 2004. Erik then went on to serve as Manager of Corporate Marketing for General Electric from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, Erik became Manager of Solution Design at Thomson Reuters (formerly Thomson Financial).

Erik Manley is a proven leader with over 18 years of experience in managing operations, finances, and teams across multiple industries. Erik is a strategic thinker with a track record of successful program and project delivery. Erik is passionate about building great cultures and is committed to driving operational excellence.

Erik Manley has a MBA from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management and a BA from the University of Arizona in Philosophy & English. Erik also has a degree in Philosophy from the University of Connecticut.
