Jennifer Fanning

Jennifer Fanning is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background in people operations and legal support. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Very Good Ventures since October 2022, Fanning previously held roles as a People Operations Generalist at Scandit and as a People Operations Coordinator at Lightmatter. Prior to these positions, Fanning worked as a Paralegal at WR Immigration and gained valuable experience at Wellesley College, where roles included Recreation Office Assistant and Library and Technology Services Student Manager. Fanning has also completed internships at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, The Blue-Lab, and the Office of State Representative Joan Meschino. Fanning earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Wellesley College and a high school diploma from Buckingham Browne & Nichols School.
