Allison Mansueto has a wealth of experience in sales and sales management. Allison began their career in 2009 as a participant in Nestle's Sales Development Program, where they advanced rapidly and developed skills in leadership, negotiation, business analysis and forecasting. In 2012, they became a Key Account Manager at Nestle Nespresso SA. In 2015, they moved to Bormioli Rocco as National Sales & Channel Strategy. In 2016, they became Director of Strategic Accounts at S'well. From 2017 to 2020, they were Senior National Sales Manager at OXO, where they managed their most strategic retail relationship - Bed Bath & Beyond - and their high-priority initiative to grow specialty coffee. Allison achieved 8% growth at BBB by expanding high-performing items, launching innovation and deepening relationships with 14+ buyers. Allison also established OXO's first Coffee Distributor, Espresso Parts, and launched the first-ever program with Starbucks in 7,200 stores. In 2020, they became Sales Director at Very Great.

Allison Mansueto began their education in 2005 at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Business Law in 2009. In 2007, they took part in a Study Abroad Program at the University of Sydney, where they studied Marketing. In 2015, they began taking Continuing Education courses at the School of Visual Arts in Interior Design.
