Amy Broughton

Amy Broughton is currently the Chief People Officer at Veryon, an aviation information services and software solutions company. Previously, they held the position of Chief People Officer at SurePoint Technologies, where they developed a comprehensive people strategy focused on enhancing the employee experience. They also served as the Chief Operating Officer at SurePoint and were the Head of HR and People Operations at Hobsons, an education technology company. With a background in talent acquisition and HR roles at 3M, Amy has built a career centered on business and talent strategy. They graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1997 and continue to expand their expertise in executive leadership.
