Harold H. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Harold began their career at Grupo Lanka in 2008, where they served as a Project Leader for CRM implementation projects for global insurance companies like Mapfre. Harold'sresponsibilities included requirements gathering, project planning, and team monitoring. Harold also contributed to solution design, quality control, and managing client expectations.

In 2017, Harold joined Grupo CMC Colombia as a Project Manager. Harold oversaw project execution, ensuring completion of scope, cost management, and quality assurance. Harold introduced project management standards and implemented change control mechanisms.

After working at Grupo CMC Colombia, Harold moved on to BairesDev in 2018. Here, they worked as a Project Manager and contributed to the company's growth as the fastest-growing Technology Solutions company in Latin America. Most recently, Harold joined Very in 2019 as a Sr. Project Manager. Very is an IoT engineering firm specializing in smart manufacturing, smart energy & utilities, consumer electronics, and connected wellness. As a fully-distributed company, Harold worked remotely and partnered with clients to build systems in these areas.

Harold H. started their education in 2001 at the Universidad de San Buenaventura, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniería de software. Harold attended the university for four years and graduated in 2005. In 2013, Harold enrolled at the Universidad de Los Andes to further their education and specialize in Construcción de Software. Harold completed the program in 2014. Alongside their formal education, Harold obtained additional certifications. In 2015, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Two years later, in 2017, they received the ITIL Foundation v3 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Harold also holds the Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programer certification, although the specific attainment date is not provided.
