Anika Hu

Anika Hu is a skilled professional with extensive experience in software support and data analysis. Currently serving as a Software Support Analyst at Veson Nautical since July 2022, Anika investigates and troubleshoots end-user issues while collaborating with development teams to resolve complex technical challenges. Previously, at MyRepublic from November 2015 to November 2022, Anika held various roles including Data Analyst, Platform Support Engineer, IT Support Specialist, Project Coordinator, and Technical Writer, engaging in tasks such as user support, documentation, and system enhancement coordination. Anika has also worked in sales and marketing at Roedl & Partner, and as a freelance transcriptionist and translator. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Singapore University of Social Sciences expected in 2025, Anika is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
