Howard Tomlinson

Howard Tomlinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both software engineering and game design. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer in the backend development team at Veson Nautical since April 2023, Howard focuses on processing maritime data related to cargo vessel movements. Previously, Howard held the role of Senior Software Engineer at VesselsValue Ltd from June 2018 to February 2024, tackling big data challenges in the shipping industry. As the CEO and Director of Astraware Ltd. since April 2000, Howard leads business operations and game design, combining expertise in mathematics, psychology, and over 20 years of development experience to create engaging puzzles and games. Additionally, Howard served as the Director of Game Development at Handmark from 2008 to 2009, overseeing the team and focusing on innovative game production. Howard holds a PGCE in Science (Physics) and a degree in Physics, Computer Science, and Psychology from Keele University.
