Joe Torkelson

Joe Torkelson, CAPM, is an experienced project management professional currently serving as Manager, Development West at Vesper Energy since September 2022. Previously, Joe held multiple roles at Pine Gate Renewables from July 2017 to September 2022, including Development Project Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating project lifecycles and managing budgets, and Associate Project Manager, focusing on regulatory documentation. Joe also worked as a Project Coordinator and Origination Coordinator, contributing to project marketing and feasibility analysis. Earlier experience includes positions at Berry College, managing athletic equipment and office tasks, and a summer internship at the Marine Resources Council. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Berry College and is currently pursuing PMI's Project Management Certification.
