Jennifer Warfield

Jennifer Warfield is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the HR Director at Vessco Water since June 2022, Jennifer has previously held key roles including Human Resources and Organizational Development Consultant at JWarfield Consulting, Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Imperial Plastics, and Human Resources Manager at The Mosaic Company. With a solid foundation in HR from earlier positions such as Director of Human Resources at Northern Brewer and Spectrum Plastics Group, Jennifer has also contributed as a Committee Member for the Twin Cities Human Resource Association. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's of Science in Genetics from the University of Minnesota and a Certificate in Human Resource Generalist from the Employer's Association.
