Lauren Reams is currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager and Ecommerce Specialist at VESSEL since January 2023. Previously, Lauren held the position of Performance Advisor at Evolve, where responsibilities included analyzing data to develop solutions for performance concerns, educating homeowners on revenue strategies, and acting as the highest point of contact for 5,100 properties. Prior experience includes bartending at Notorious Burgers for over seven years, where teamwork and customer service were emphasized. Additionally, Lauren worked as an Implementation Intern and Sales Development Representative at GoSite, focusing on client onboarding and enhancing customer experience. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University San Marcos and two associate degrees in Business Administration and Management from MiraCosta College.
