Orchid Bertelsen

Orchid Bertelsen serves as Partner and COO at &vest since January 2025 and as an Advisor at Starday Foods since March 2023. Orchid is a Founding Member of ON_Discourse, a global community for C-suite leaders focused on business transformation through discourse, since September 2022. Orchid has held various leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer at Common Thread Collective and Advisor at Govalo, while also contributing as a Board Member at The Creative Ladder. Previously, Orchid managed digital strategy and innovation at Nestlé USA, leading efforts across a diverse brand portfolio. Early career experiences include roles at Dentsu Creative and FTI Consulting, focusing on digital marketing and strategic engagement, and education was completed with a B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
