Marc Schoenfield is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and food service. Serving as an Account Representative at Vesta Foodservice since November 2010, Marc previously held significant roles including Certified Master Taster at ChefsBest® and Chef Partner at Il Fornaio, where responsibilities included conducting cooking classes and managing various revenue streams. As Executive Chef at Medjool Restaurant, Lounge, and Sky Terrace, Marc played a key role in opening the venue and crafting its food concept.
