Dayananda Paonam

Dayananda Paonam has over 19 years of professional experience in various SAP roles. Dayananda began their career in 2001 as an Associate Manager at Sterlite Industries, where they were responsible for optimizing business processes of maintenance and efficient operation of equipment. Dayananda then moved to TVS Motor Company in 2006, where they worked as a Senior Executive and was involved in developing condition base maintenance in the plant. In 2007, they joined JK Technosoft as a SAP PM Consultant and was involved in the roll out activity for SAP SD and PP. In 2008, they joined Fujitsu Technology Solutions as a Senior SAP Consultant and was responsible for SAP PM lead in the implementation project of a Textile Industry in Indonesia. Dayananda then moved to Capgemini in 2009, where they worked as a SAP Consultant -Team Lead and was responsible for SAP PM/CS lead for ready to run solution development for Medical device and Oil and gas drilling industry. In 2010, they joined Accenture as a SAP EAM & MM Consultant and had experience in SAP Implementation, Roll-out and Solution development. Dayananda then moved to Vesta Partners [Now Rizing EAM] in 2014, where they worked as a Professional Services Manager and was responsible for SAP Enterprise Asset Management in Utility Power Distribution & Generation, Railways Industries, Manufacturing, and SAP Linear Asset Management in Utility. Dayananda is currently working as a Principal Consultant at Rizing EAM since 2019.

Dayananda Paonam's education history includes a B.Tech in Mechanical from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, which they obtained between 1997 and 2001. Dayananda also holds several certifications, such as SAP Environment, Health, and Safety for Operational Sustainability (2021), SAP Certified Associate - Design Thinking (2021), SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Field Service Management 19Q1 (2021), SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud (2020), Asset Management (2018), SAP Application Associate - Enterprise Asset Manangement in ERP 6.0 EhP 7 (2016), and SAP Certified Application Associate - Procurement with SAP ERP 6.0 EhP6 (2015).
