Soelaiman Isbai has extensive experience in the terminal operations industry, currently serving as Shift Team Leader at Vesta Terminals since January 2021. Prior to this role, Soelaiman held various positions at SEA-Tank Terminal from October 2012 to January 2021, including Shift Supervisor and Assistant Operations Manager during the terminal startup phase. Earlier experience includes roles at Vopak as an Operator and Shift Supervisor (control room operator) from November 2010 to October 2012, as well as a position as a Security Guard at G4S from January 2007 to November 2010. Soelaiman's career began as a Ploegbaas at Bvba Mona from December 2005 to January 2007. Educational background includes studies at PTS Boom.
